<School Education Act Article 109, Paragraph 1>
Universities shall, in order to contribute to the improvement of their educational and research standards, conduct self-inspections and evaluations of the state of their education and research, organization and management, and facilities and equipment, as prescribed by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and publish the results thereof.
