We respond flexibly to students’ diverse interests while supporting the pursuit of specialized expertise.
The credit transfer system allows students to take courses at partner universities based on inter-university agreements and have the credits earned recognized as credits at Kyushu Dental University.
At Kyushu Dental University, this system is implemented at the graduate level, with partner universities offering a range of distinctive and unique courses. Students who wish to explore different fields or broaden their perspectives by studying at other universities are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
Credit transfer agreement between four universities in the Kitakyushu area
On June 7, 2013, based on the "Collaborative Project for Supporting the Succession of 'Manufacturing' through Regional Cooperation and Human Resource Development," which was selected for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "2012 Inter-University Collaboration and Joint Education Promotion Project," we concluded a credit transfer agreement with Kyushu Institute of Technology, Kitakyushu City University, and the University of Occupational and Environmental Health.
With the signing of this agreement, the four universities will be able to mutually accept students from April 1, 2014 onwards.
Through this initiative, the four universities collaborate to complement and expand their educational offerings by leveraging their respective strengths in the fields of healthcare, welfare, and engineering and technology. In doing so, they promote the development of individuals with interdisciplinary perspectives who can respond to regional needs.
