Requests made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next opening day, so please be aware of this if your request is urgent.

Points to note

  1. Please be sure to fill in all the required information for each document when submitting your application.
  2. All actual costs, such as copying fees and shipping, are the responsibility of the client.
  3. We do not accept requests from individuals outside the university who are not alumni.If you wish to request materials from our collection, please submit your request through your affiliated library. (Alternatively, please check the holdings of your nearest public library first.)
