Graduates of this university can continue to use the university library even after graduation.
The library is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

- Please speak to a library staff member at the library gate. They will unlock the gate for you.

Viewing materials within the museum
You are free to browse the books and magazines in the library. (Except for some materials)
Copying of museum materials
- Library materials can be copied in portions for research purposes only.
- Please ensure that any copies are made within the scope of copyright.
- For information on the photocopiers and their fees within the building, please see here.
Library search
- If you wish to use this service, please inform the counter staff.
Document copying service
- We offer a document copying service by mail to our graduates.
- If a document is not held in our collection, we can obtain a copy from another library. (Applicant is responsible for the actual cost.)
How to Apply
Please apply by visiting the museum, using the application form, by fax, or by mail.
For all other requests, please download and use the document copying request form (Excel file) below.
Methods for receiving documents and payment methods
- Pick up in person → Cash on delivery
- Receive by mail → Prepayment by bank transfer (transfer fees are your responsibility)
The process from application to delivery of copies
Step 1: Please submit your application to the relevant contact person (via application form, fax, or mail).
Step 2: After receiving your application at our facility, we will send you a payment slip.
Step 3: Once the copies are ready, we will notify you of the fees. (Please note that this may take longer if the copies need to be obtained from another library.)
Step 4: Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the copies.
Points to note
* You can submit up to 20 applications at a time.
*For those who wish to receive copies by mail, we will send you a payment slip in advance.
(Please be sure to make your payment using the payment slip that was sent to you.)
*The deadline for same-day shipping is 15:00 PM. (Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
