The Kitakyushu University Collaboration Platform has been established.

On August 24, 2026 (Monday), the first general meeting (founding meeting) of the "Kitakyushu University Collaboration Platform," a collaboration between 11 universities and 3 junior colleges in Kitakyushu City, was held, officially launching the platform. In addition, a cooperation agreement was concluded between the platform, Kitakyushu City, and the Kitakyushu Chamber of Commerce and Industry to smoothly and effectively promote the platform's initiatives.
Going forward, we aim to promote higher education in Kitakyushu City, as well as contribute to the revitalization of the local community and the resolution of local issues, by having relevant organizations work together to advance various initiatives.
